About Bendigo Bank Australia:
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd was formed in November 2007 as the
result of a merger of Bendigo Bank (1858) and Adelaide Bank
(C1900). The bank’s head office is in Bendigo, Victoria, with a
substantial presence in Adelaide as well. Its national retail
brand is Bendigo Bank. The company also operates a substantial
wholesale banking business brought to the merger by Adelaide Bank.
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is the only Australian bank
headquartered outside a capital city. The retail arm, Bendigo
Bank, provides banking and wealth management services to
households and small to medium businesses. It is represented in
all States with a major presence in Victoria and Queensland.
